Parents may meet various functionaries of the school only by contacting the school reception and seeking an appropriate appointment.
Parents are requested not to go directly to the class to meet teachers or wards.
Casual visits to view the school are not allowed (permission must be obtained) as this could disrupt classroom teaching.
Parents are required to inform the school immediately if there is any change in their address or telephone numbers.
Day-to-day communication by the parent/guardian should be addressed to the Principal / Vice Principal. The student’s class, section, and enrollment number should be clearly mentioned in the application.
Discourtesy, crude language, and unruly behaviour are strictly prohibited.
Parents should ensure that their ward(s) do not wear any type of ornaments or polish nails.
Parents and guardians are requested to fill all columns of the ALMANAC regularly based on day-to-day reports from their ward(s). This must be taken seriously.
Appeal to Parents / Guardians
Give your ward(s) time, interact with them, appreciate their achievements, and address grievances (if any) in a cordial manner.
Maintain regular communication with the school and stay vigilant on information or suggestions sent by the school through diary and other means.
Absence and Leave
No leave will be granted without a written application in advance except in cases of serious and unexpected eventualities.
Violation of this rule will be taken seriously, and punishment in the form of a fine or other action will be at the discretion of the Principal / Vice Principal.
In case of absence without leave, students must provide a genuine reason and submit a signed application from parents/guardians upon return.
Students returning after a contagious disease should produce a doctor’s certificate permitting them to return.
All students are expected to be present on the reopening day after each vacation. Absence without prior written leave may result in being struck off the rolls or a fine at the discretion of the Principal / Vice Principal.
In emergencies or urgent work, a pupil can leave school outside regular timings only when permission has been granted through a written request from parents/guardians.
