Admission & Withdrawal

• No child less than 3 years of age (as on 31st March) is admitted to Nursery.
• A corresponding age scale is followed for higher classes.
• Official documentary proof of age must be produced at the time of admission.
• Notice of withdrawal must be given before the 15th of the month, else fees for the next month will be charged.
• Students leaving in April must pay the fee for the full quarter.
• No Leaving Certificate will be issued unless all dues are cleared. The application form is available from the school office and must be signed by the parent/guardian.
• The Principal/Managing Committee reserves the right to dismiss a student. Parents/Guardians accept this decision as final upon admission.

Academic Session & Examinations

• The academic session runs from April to March, following the CBSE pattern.
• Evaluations include Periodic Tests, Half-Yearly, and Annual Examinations.
• Attendance in all examinations is compulsory for promotion.
• The final result is based on performance, attendance, homework, and examinations.

The School Managing Committee recognizes Students, Parents, and Teachers for academic excellence and achievements on Result & Recognition Day held every March.

Fee Rules

• Fee must be paid within the same month; otherwise, Rs. 100/- will be charged as late fine per month.
• Non-payment of fee for up to three months will lead to removal of the student’s name from the school rolls. Fresh admission may be sought by paying a re-admission fee of Rs. 2500/-.
• Annual fee will be charged twice in the academic year, in the months of April and November only.
• If the school fee is to be paid for the whole year, it must be paid in the month of April.
• Fee for activities/events charged on the opening day of the school must be paid strictly. In case of failure, Rs. 50/- will be added as fine. Presence of the students is mandatory on the closing day.
• Students shall not be allowed to appear in the Terminal and Annual Examinations if their fees are not paid by the specified dates.
• The institution reserves the right to implement any rule regarding fee payment as necessary.
